NFL Week 4: Cardinals at Panthers
It may not be pretty, but this is one of my favorite bets for this week’s NFL slate.
The Cardinals may be depleted, but this roster still has talent all over the offense. While banged up, it needs to be noted that their two losses are against the Chiefs and last years Super Bowl-champion Rams.
In their lone win, the Cardinals survived in a thriller against the Raiders in Las Vegas’ home opener. Kyler Murray silenced the crowd with his late game heroics to take it to overtime, and a scoop and score by the defense in overtime sealed the deal.

The Panthers, on the other hand, surprised the nation with an upset win over the Saints and their daunting defense, even though they were thoroughly outgained. The Baker Mayfield experiment has had a rocky start, but they found success in their last game out nonetheless.
According to trends, this is an Arizona smash spot. The Cardinals are 14-3 ATS as a road dog under head coach Kliff Kingsbury, while Carolina is 3-10 ATS as a favorite under Matt Rhule. I expect another bounce-back win after a loss from Kyler Murray and company.
