The American tennis player paid his tribute to the late NBA star, who lost his life, along with his daughter, in a helicopter clash in January 2020. The 2022 US Open semi-finalist turned to his Instagram account to share a story remembering the amazing basketball player.

He shared a picture of the NBA star along with his daughter, on his Instagram story. Along with the picture, he wrote, “We don’t just miss y’all today we miss every day…rest in power.” The Croatian-Australian tennis player, Tomljanovic, also gave her tribute to the NBA legend and shared the same social media post and added emojis of a heart and a pigeon flying free.
Following in the footsteps of her fellow tennis stars, Coco Gauff was also not behind to pay her respects. She also shared a similar social media post of them.

Additionally, the 27-year-old Australian tennis player, Nick Kyrgios, shared a post of the Lakers over his Instagram story. It had a picture of the late father-daughter duo. He reacted with a heart and a finger-crossed emoji.
Not only that, but the basketball star has also inspired Kyrgios to go for his dreams. And since then, the 2022 Wimbledon finalist has not wasted a chance to talk about or to remember the NBA legend.
