UFC commentator Joe Rogan might cost the controversial clinical psychologist Jordan Peterson his license. As revealed by the Canadian psychologist himself, he is currently subject to 13 lawsuits and the famed podcaster also seemingly played a part in them. Despite the rough statements, all is not lost between the famous internet personalities. Notably, appearing on ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’, the author who previously praised Rogan for his splendid media numbers, detailed his troubles with the authorities. Also, the standup comic was all ears as the guest vented his frustration about his legal troubles. In addition, Peterson also narrated the horror of ‘re-education’ that he was put through.
In JRE ep #1933, the comedian sat down with Jordan B. Peterson. The duo, as JRE tradition, indulged in lengthy conversations and touched on various issues. Markedly, the duo discussed whether success stemmed from money and power, the role psychedelic drugs played in the formation of religion, and how the UFC personnel conquered the mob. However, earlier in the podcast, the guest shared the professional difficulties faced by him.

Peterson details his troubles, and Joe Rogan gets the blame
The former Fear Factor host started the conversation as he referred to the 60-year-old’s license being in jeopardy. Thus, he declared, “Your clinical psychology license is in jeopardy because you have opinions about politics that they disagree with, which is a very dangerous and bizarre turn of events.”
However, the guest hit back and replied, “Well, it’s your fault actually, you know.”
On the contrary, the 55-year-old burst out laughing. And intriguingly asked how it was his fault.
Following this, the Edmonton-born recalled he faced 13 lawsuits simultaneously. Then, he continued and enumerated some particular ones. Peterson significantly pointed out the tweet he made about the actor Elliot Page. Furthermore, he recalled another tweet he made about one plus-size model on the Sports Illustrated cover and also the time when he criticized Justin Trudeau.

Lastly, the Canadian mentioned one complaint that was submitted from the U.S.A. and it included the entire transcript of their last podcast discussion. Thus, he admitted to lacking defense against that particular complaint.
Therefore, Peterson maintained, “Because apparently everything I say, and apparently everything you say too, is bringing the profession of psychology into disgrace.”
The re-education experience of Jordan Peterson
Peterson subsequently acknowledged that the authorities sentenced him to an indefinite period of re-education. He, later on, called it the second most serious punishment levied against a professional. Taking away the license remained the first.

This resulted in Rogan bursting into laughter as he made a statement, “Such a wild request, too. Retraining. Just even the way they phrase it, it’s so bizarre. So Orwellian.”
On the other hand, Peterson replied calmly, “Well, like I said, it’s your fault. The whole transcript of our last conversation. I don’t imagine they’ll be that happy with this one.”
