The New York Yankees are gearing up for spring training. MLB.com’s Bryan Hoch shared a video of some Yankees equipment and jerseys being delivered ahead of Spring Training. The team seems to be getting ready for training in Tampa Bay before the upcoming season. Hoch shared the video via Twitter.
In the Tweet, he said, “The truck has arrived! 📦 🌴 ⚾”. The videos showed racks of jerseys being unloaded along with bags and crates with other equipment. But this makes sense with Spring Training set to start later this month and reporting dates fast approaching. The team will be training at George M. Steinbrenner Field in Tampa Bay before heading back to the Bronx for the season.
Yankees fans reacted to the video and were generally excited. Some were surprised at how close the beginning of the season is. Others were just happy that they will get to see the Yankees play soon.
