Things are getting a little icy for High School Musical alum Vanessa Hudgens. The actress was spotted out wearing what appeared to be an engagement ring while dining with her family in Los Angeles on Wednesday, February 8.

According to pictures obtained by People, Vanessa rocked a purple sweatsuit and wore gold accessories. She topped off her casual look with a dazzling diamond on her left hand with what appeared to be a gold band. The pictures were taken from a distance, so it’s a bit difficult to describe the exact cut or shape of the ring she wore. The standout feature, despite the grainy resolution, is an unmistakable rock.
People confirmed Vanessa’s engagement to MLB star Cole Tucker in early February. According to the outlet, Cole popped the question late last year, and Vanessa happily accepted. The engaged couple has been dating since November 2020 after meeting on a Zoom meditation group call. According to Vanessa, she was the one to shoot her shot with Cole. “I get on the Zoom, and I’m like, Who is that?'” she revealed during an appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show in May 2021. “I found him, and we started talking,” she continued.
