“Please Go Easy” – Conor McGregor in “Trauma” After Near-Death Experience as He Prays for Turkey & Syria Earthquake Survivors

UFC star Conor McGregor gears up for his much-awaited UFC return as he dons the role of a coach on The Ultimate Fighter after a span of 8 years. The former UFC champion who is having an eventful year so far also recovering from his near-death experience scar. While the fans are excited to see the Irishman grace the Octagon since his last trip in 2021, the Irishman prepares for the tough fighting season ahead. Therefore, in order to maintain peak fitness levels, the ‘Mystic Mac’ recently relied on the tested technique of ‘cupping’. Further, he also penned an emotional and grateful message, as he was gratified for surviving the recent car accident that almost pulled down curtains on his fighting career.
Notably, the 34-year-old fighter took to his Instagram handle and expressed his gratitude. In addition, he posted a photo of him undergoing the cupping treatment on his right shoulder.

‘Notorious’ who received the full brunt of a car accident, admitted that he has a mental scar from the incident. Additionally, he forwarded a token of thanks to his friend, who helped him recover from the same.

Following this, the 22-6 record holder also put forth his support for the people in the recent unfortunate events that transpired in Turkey and Syria.
Thus, he wrote, “Got a bang of a car full speed. Feel good tho but defo some trauma. Appreciate the help from my long time masseuse and friend, doctor pain @vasile_bria_dr_pain.”
“God bless all of those in Turkey and Syria currently! Mother Nature please go easy on our bodies. God please, our souls” he added later on.

However, the Irish fighter appears to train for his upcoming challenge, not letting his recent experience hold him down.
McGregor’s preparation for TUF
The UFC cash cow previously coached the 22nd season of TUF, where he went toe-to-toe with the UFC legend Urijah Faber. While he lost the season to the ‘California Kid’, he might not let this opportunity slide to add another laurel to his resume.

Markedly, the ‘cupping’ technique helps athletes with sore muscles. The popular technique which originates in Asia has received recognition among athletes to help them relax with their hard training regime.
Therefore, the fans might expect a banger of action upon McGregor’s return as he prepares for the next challenge.
