Greg Hardy has been leaving no stone unturned in his quest to find the sport he excels in the most. He started out in the NFL, but has since moved over to a more brutal sport, competing in the UFC.
But that’s not enough for Hardy who has made no secret of his desire to fight either Tyson Fury or Anthony Joshua, calling them both out in the past, although it appears like it would be a blood bath unless he improves.
The 34-year-old made his debut in a bare knuckle fighting promotion, taking on Josh Watson at BKFC: Knucklemania 3 on Friday night in Albuquerque, but things didn’t go to plan for the former American football

Greg Hardy KO’s on bare knuckle fighting debut
Heading into the fight, Hardy was an overwhelming favourite for the fight, but that was looking seriously
overestimated early on when Watson came out of the blocks in the bout, landing a few dangerous shots on his opponent, who fought back well.
Hardy endured the onslaught before countering with his own jab which allowed him to recover from the brutal start for almost the remainder of the opening round. He was on the end of another brutal blow from Watson, with the referee giving a standing count with Hardy being supported by the ropes.
It was much of the same in the second round where Hardy was out cold momentarily before attempting to beat the count, but it was to no avail, the fight was over with Hardy suffering a rather embarrassing KO loss to a major underdog.

Previously, Hardy has called out both Fury and Joshua for a bout in the boxing ring, but by the looks of it, he’ll have to put in plenty of work should he step in and fight one of the best heavyweights in the world.
Joshua may be on a disappointing run of form, but he’s still one of the bigger names in the world of boxing and should be feared, whereas Fury on the other hand, is a completely different kettle of fish.
Fury is a current heavyweight champion and is in line for a shot at becoming the undisputed champion of the heavyweight division, a feat not achieved since 2002, so that just goes to show how out of his depth Hardy would
be taking on either of those two.
