Stewart said, “Hey, just wanted to take a second. Thank all you fans for all your supportive SHR this year. We know we felt a little bit short of our expectations and goals and know that we let a lot of you down as well, but we definitely had some high points this year. Some fans were also heard asking for SHR to extend Kevin Harvick’s contract so that he could keep his seat and continue racing with the team and one day hopefully get them closer to the top. SHR maybe did not have a great result as per their expectations, but they sure did fare well, and with the next season coming up, there is sure enough room for them to work upon things that went awry this year and come back stronger next season.
