The incident reportedly occurred in Los Angeles last Thursday when Avery, who claimed to be housesitting, told several people their cars were parked illegally and needed to be moved, leading to a shouting match.

“The next time one of you guys parks your cars there, I’m going to snap your windshield wipers off,” Avery yelled. “One-hundred percent. One-hundred percent. Ask around!”
