The motion, initially filed to address concerns about allowing chartered entries or amending restrictive language for open entries, was officially retracted as announced through filed documents on November 20.
The decision follows NASCAR’s removal of contentious anticompetitive release language from the Open Agreement, set to become effective ahead of the 2025 NASCAR Cup Series.
