The Kraken — who have closed as the underdog in each of their first 10 games this postseason — are up 2-1 in their best-of-seven series with the Stars entering Game 4 at home on Tuesday night.
And wouldn’t you know it, the Kraken are underdogs once again.
Stars vs. Kraken prediction
(9:30 p.m. ET. ESPN)
While Seattle caught a break in Game 3 and were a little flattered by the 7-2 scoreline thanks to the game going off the rails after a fluke goal that injured Dallas’ No. 1 defenseman Miro Heiskanen, that doesn’t change the fact that Seattle is deserving of this opportunity.

Dallas was dominant in Game 2 and looked as if it had Seattle figured out, but the Kraken’s depth and ability to spread the scoring around shone through once again on Sunday night and put the Stars in an uncomfortable spot.
Dallas is very reliant on its star players to carry the load offensively, but if that doesn’t pan out, the Stars can find themselves in trouble, particularly against a team that can roll four lines.
Seattle’s depth and forecheck have given the Stars fits this series and it’s hard to see that stopping in Game 4.
Betting on the NHL?
The Kraken will likely close as the underdog again, but that’s just fine with them and those who have been backing them on this run.
