The beautiful Paige Spiranac has taken over the internet again with her bold statement on LIV golfers. Since LIV entered the picture of golf, there has been chaos in the golf world. Skilled golfers left the PGA tour and joined the Saudi-backed tour. Money was a huge reason for the switch. However, many golfers switched because of the new format of the tour. LIV golf believes in playing 54-hole games, which are much fewer than the games on the American tour.
Therefore, the golfers joined LIV to have more time to work towards their community or spend with their families. However, some golfers still want to be part of the PGA. The former golfer is unhappy about how things went down in the game. Relationships broke, and they left legacies behind. But her latest comments portray how disheartened she has been lately.

Let’s find out what she thinks about the LIV golfers.
Paige Spiranac wants LIV golfers to be true to the world
Many rumors and speculations occurred when skilled golfers like Phil Mickelson, Bryson DeChambeau, and Cameron Smith left the PGA tour. They left years old legacy behind and joined the Saudi-backed circuit, LIV. Everyone thought that money was why golfers abandoned the tour, which was evident. However, there were other reasons, too, specified by golfers. Like in the case of Mickelson, he left the American tour because he wanted to be part of the revolution of the game that LIV was doing.
But golfers not being honest about the reasons for leaving the PGA tour did not sit well with the former LPGA golfer. She said she loves the sport and has always been loyal to the game. Her motto is to promote whatever is good for the game and not for the individual. Hence, the LIV defectors must be more open and honest about their switch. She explained her concern and said, “I don’t have a dog in the fight. I’m pro golf and just want the best for the game. I will say I don’t like how some of the guys aren’t transparent on why they switched over and now still want to play on the PGA. You took the money; now stay there if you’re so happy.”

If golfers switched for money, they should own it and be happy. According to the internet queen, suing a PGA tour was never a good idea. It all started when she tweeted that LIV golfers switched to LIV because they wanted to play fewer games. But now they have sued PGA because they want to play more with the American tour. It was not very honest of them, and Spiranac was totally against it. A Twitter user asked if she was anti-LIV or with LIV. Then she jots down her thoughts, asking golfers to be transparent.

Why did LIV defectors sue the PGA tour?
Former PGA pro golfers like Mickelson and DeChambeau filed an antitrust lawsuit against the American tour in August last year. A total of 11 players filed the case because it suspended them from the PGA tour due to their involvement with LIV. PGA commissioner, Jay Monahan, restricted the entry of LIV defectors to any tour event.
