The Pro Football Hall of Fame and NFL Network postponed Tuesday night’s Modern-Era Player Finalists for the Class of 2023 announcement out of respect for Bills safety Damar Hamlin, the Hall announced Tuesday afternoon.
Hamlin collapsed on the field during the first quarter of the Bills-Bengals Monday Night Football game and received medical treatment for nearly 20 minutes before being taken to UC Medical Center. The Hall of Fame, NFL and NFL Network decided to tentatively reschedule the announcement for 7 p.m. CST Wednesday after discussions.
