A nice gesture always goes a long way. Philadelphia Phillies and Houston Astros are playing against each other to win the World Series. Game 4 took place at Citizens Bank Park, which the Astros won, tying the series at 2-2.

The Phillies are the oldest continuously run, single-name, single-city franchise in American professional sports. Winning game 3, they got an advantage, but as they lost game 4, the Astros leveled up with them.

However, that’s not the only thing that happened. After game 3, first baseman Rhys Hoskins’ wife celebrated the team’s win by buying a case of beers for the fans. Ahead of game 4, in the spirit of good luck to the Phillies, she one-upped herself. Her gesture may not have helped the team win, but it sure motivated the fans.

About thirty minutes before the first pitch got thrown at the Citizens Park, Jayme took it upon herself to lift the spirit of fans and get them even more motivated for Game 4 of the World Series. Therefore, instead of fifty, this time she bought 100 cans of beer for the fans to enjoy.
