Shaquille O’Neal‘s latest stint seemed to lack the expected fan support, but its tears of affection that he is shedding. It’s no secret that Shaq’s side quests are awaited every year he takes a break from basketball-associated commitments. The most recent one of these has been a game show from the same creative that came up with Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?
If your guess was ABC’s Lucky 13, you stand correct. The game show featured Shaquille O’Neal and Jane the Virgin star Gina Rodriguez as co-hosts for the game show. Aired on July 18, the crew therein had a few behind-the-scenes footages to let on.

Of course, they wouldn’t miss on the 4x NBA champ’s usual shenanigans, but a few emotional moments also made their way to the clips. One of these was the former LA Lakers star’s co-host, Rodriguez, gifting a t-shirt to Shaq with her son’s photo imprinted on it. Meanwhile, yet another once included the 4x NBA champ shedding tears as the shoot came to an end. “As you can see, I’m crying. This was a nice two weeks. Everybody at Lucky 13, I love you,” Shaq said in the BTS video.
