Aston Villa star Alisha Lehmann has had an interesting proposition from Greek tennis player Petros Tsitsipas.
The 24-year-old is currently on international duty with Switzerland and she is taking the time to try her hand at a new sport.
Lehmann uploaded a series of photos to Instagram of her on a tennis court, alongside the caption ‘something different’.
She was also joined by her teammates Géraldine Reuteler, Rachel Rinast, and Riola Xhemaili in what seemed to be a casual doubles session.

The post has brought in more than 350,000 likes and hundreds of comments, including one from Stefanos Tsitsipas’ younger brother.
What did Petros Tsitsipas say to Alisha Lehmann?
Clearly impressed by Lehmann’s ability to turn her hand to another sport, Tsitsipas responded with a partnership offer.
“Let’s play mixed?” the 22-year-old wrote alongside the eyes and tennis ball emojis.
Lehmann hasn’t responded but perhaps if she ever steps away from the football pitch, she could pick up a racquet full-time and test her skill on a bigger stage.
For now, she will return to the Women’s Super League after the international break to represent Aston Villa again.
The Villans are currently fifth in the table, six points behind former champions Arsenal.
Who is Petros Tsitsipas?

Tsitsipas is just two years younger than his brother, but there is quite a gap between them in the ATP rankings.
After reaching the Australian Open final last month, Stefanos is now ranked third in the world. He also made it to the 2021 French Open final but lost out to Novak Djokovic on both occasions.
However, Stefanos did win the Tour Finals in 2019, where he beat Roger Federer in the semis before securing the title with a win over Dominic Thiem in the final.

Petros made his ATP Tour debut just two years ago and has a long way to go before he catches up to his brother. He is currently ranked 1398th in the world and is yet to get a career title under his belt.
The Tsitsipas brothers currently play doubles together and last received a wildcard for the 2023 ABN AMRO Open in Rotterdam.
They have played at the Australian Open, Wimbledon, and the US Open, but have never made it beyond the second round of a major tournament.
Petros is also yet to make his Grand Slam debut but he has a lot of time to make his first big splash on the tennis court.
