The 2024 tennis season concludes with the US Open, starting on August 26, as defending champions Coco Gauff and Novak Djokovic will compete to retain their titles.
Djokovic, 37, and Qinwen Zheng, 21, arrive as Olympic gold medalists from the Paris 2024 Games, while Carlos Alcaraz, 21, and Barbora Krejcikova, 28, claimed victory in the earlier major of the season at Wimbledon.
Djokovic has 24 Grand Slam singles titles — the most in tennis history — surpassing both Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal. The Serbian has achieved a Career Grand Slam, winning each of the four major tournaments at least once.
