As hockey legend Wayne Gretzky turns a year older, his daughter Paulina grabbed the moment to extend her special wish on the joyous occasion. The 34-year-old actress regularly keeps posting pictures of her dad, thus giving fans rare moments to see Wayne unfiltered. Following her usual drill, the young mother took the moment to shower love on her father.
Leaving no stone unturned, the celebrity model made lavish arrangements for her dear father. Sharing snippets from the last day’s celebration earlier today, the mother of two took to her Instagram stories.

Paulina tried her best to capture the last day in frames. From the photos, it looked like the Gretzky family perhaps held a birthday dinner for the Great One. As everyone in the picture looked elegantly dressed, needless to say, the setup looked picturesque. Even though Paulina did not share many details of the day, she teased the fans with some sneak peeks.

In the first picture that she shared, the dinner table set up can be seen. While the royal-looking menu rested on the golden plate, she took the moment to drop her father a wish. Captioning the story with the message, “Happy Birthday Dad 🤍” the setup looked elegant. From a delicious three-course meal to a beautiful candle-lit table and a specially customized napkin, everything looked Pinterest-worthy.
In the following picture shared, her Instagram family got to see a wider frame of the whole place. Bringing the setup of a magical kingdom indoors, the yellow-themed decor looked absolutely mesmerizing. With everything in the right place, the guests in the frame were seen enjoying the birthday party. However, it was not until the next story that the fans got to see the birthday boy himself. Dressed in semi-formals, Wayne looked cheerful as he posed for the camera alongside daughter Paulina and son-in-law Dustin. But, it was not just Paulina who wished father Wayne on his birthday. Joining her was her younger brother Ty.

Grabbing the moment to extend his love Ty aka Trevor, took to his own Instagram story to wish the NHL legend on his 62nd birth anniversary. Re-sharing an old picture of him and his dad Ty wrote, “Happy Birthday dad.” In the shared snap, a young Trevor stood beside his dad smiling adorably for the camera. Dressed in his father’s jersey, the little one, alongside his dad, posed near the goalpost.

The picture that he re-shared was earlier shared on the official page of Gretzky Hockey School. For those unversed, it was established by Ty alongside Wayne in 2014. The Great One, needless to say, had a fun and memorable day with family. He can be, as Paulina once remarked, “99 on the ice,” but for her and her family, he will always be the “number 1.”
