Firing Brandon Staley was probably the best decision the Los Angeles Chargers took last year. After all, if they didn’t do that, they wouldn’t have been doing so well. Of course, Jim Harbaugh is a huge reason behind the franchise’s success. But do you know the most wholesome thing about him? He makes the players feel like they are the most important people in the world.
Perhaps that’s why the LA football team feels overpowered and makes a complete mockery of Joe Burrow and his Cincinnati Bengals. The Bolts’ defense is just as fierce as Justin Herbert’s offense. The Chargers have won most of their games with two-score leads and seeing that kind of production from Harbaugh’s team has made a lot of GMs regret the decision of not hiring him when they had the opportunity.

Don’t take it from us, though. Take it from FOX’s NFL Insider Jordan Schultz, who got a text from an NFC GM who certainly had a FOMO of not nabbing Jim Harbaugh. Per Schutz’s post on X, “Text from an NFC GM: ‘The amount of regret some teams have for not hiring Jim Harbaugh when they had the chance… It’s very real.’”
