Kimi Antonelli

Andrea Kimi Antonelli, the 19-year-old Italian F1 racer, is leading the standings so far this season. He has 179 points with five Grand Prix wins and one Sprint win.

Antonelli is the son of sports car racer Marco Antonelli, who also owns AKM Motorsport, a San Marino-based racing team.

He made his car racing debut at age 15. He was scouted by Mercedes, and after Lewis Hamilton announced he would leave Mercedes for Ferrari in 2025, Antonelli became his replacement on the Silver Arrows racing team.

George Russell

George Russell, the 28-year-old British racer, has been racing for Mercedes since they signed him to their junior program in 2017. He is in second place this season with 154 points, two Grand Prix wins and two Sprint wins.

He got his first F1 win in 2022, securing Mercedes’ only win that year. He won two more races in 2024, and after Hamilton’s departure in 2025, he stepped up as team leader.

He has had 29 podium finishes in his career, including seven wins. He has totaled 1,187 career points.

Lewis Hamilton

Lewis Hamilton, the 41-year-old British F1 racer, is one of F1’s most accomplished drivers with seven World Drivers’ Championship titles. He sits in third place this season with 147 points and a Grand Prix win.

According to F1, he made F1 history in 2007 with one of the greatest rookie performances. He has raced for McLaren, Mercedes and Ferrari, and holds the F1 record with 104 pole positions.

Charles Leclerc

Charles Leclerc, the 28-year-old F1 racer from Monte Carlo, Monaco, stepped into Kimi Räikkönen’s shoes at Ferrari in 2019. He sits in fourth place this season with 108 points and a Grand Prix win.

According to F1, he was the only man to outscore Sebastian Vettel, a four-time consecutive world champion, over a season with Scuderia Ferrari and consistently kept up with champion Max Verstappen in 2022.

Racing in F1 since 2018, he has had 53 podium finishes, including nine wins, with a total of 1,780 career points.

Lando Norris

Lando Norris, the 26-year-old British F1 racer, won the 2025 Drivers’ Championship. He sits in fifth place this season with 97 points and a Sprint win.

His rookie season was impressive when paired with Carlos Sainz for McLaren’s racing team in 2019. In 2024, he led McLaren to its first constructors’ title since 1998. In 2025, he had a late-season comeback, defeating Verstappen for the Drivers’ Championship.
